CHRocodile MPS 2 L
The CHRocodile MPS optical multi-point sensor offers up to 24 simultaneous and independent non-contact measurements in distance and thickness mode. Together with the newly developed line probes one can measure two lines of 12 points each. The measuring points are distributed on a line with a length of up to 12.5 mm. The advantage of the MPS 2L sensor is its great flexibility and high efficiency. Together with the small footprint and pitch between the measuring points, the quality control of container glass can be increased significantly while keeping the price on a reasonably low level. The line probes are equipped with an exchangeable protection glass. Thanks to its robust and highly integrated design, CHRocodile MPS 2L is perfectly suited for easy integration into inspection machines in the production line, including harsh industrial environments. The extraordinarily high dynamic response and the outstanding signal-to-noise ratio of the CHRocodile sensors ensure the best measuring results on surfaces with differing reflectivity and from different angles.
The CHRocodile MPS 96 optical multipoint sensor offers up to 96 simultaneous distance and thickness measurements. Thanks to its 96 independent channels, CHRocodile MPS is designed to use different probes within the limits of 96 measured points. It is perfectly suited for challenging measuring tasks, such as the non-contact measurement of topography and thickness of large application e.g. glass, turbines. The extraordinarily high dynamic response and the outstanding signal-to-noise ratio of the CHRocodile sensors ensure the best measuring results on surfaces with differing reflectivity and from different angles. The CHRocodile MPS 96 measures at a rate up to 2000 points per second.
CHRocodile CLS C, the Precitec Optronik chromatic confocal line sensor offers an incredibly fast 3D measurement of 384,000 points per second with nanometric scale resolution.
