Latest Generation
JetScreen! LT stands for an entirely new generation of CtS system using the same Swiss precision engineering and CtS know-how, but with state-of-the-art laser technology developed by Lüscher Technologies AG. This equipment sets new standards in digital imaging of printing screens and is available in various formats up to 5500 x 3200 mm.

Lüscher Trioptic!-System
Depending on the specific quality requirements, the desired resolution can be selected at the touch of a button. Be it 635, 1270 or 2540 dpi: the resolution is directly related to the output performance, thus JetScreen! LT always operates in an optimal quality and speed range. As an option, some JetScreen! LT types are available with a restolution of up to 5080 dpi.

UV Laser Technology
The fibre-coupled laser diodes operate in the 405 nm range and are characterised by an ultra-long service life of more than 20`000 exposing hours. They are absolutely maintenance-free and are cooled by Peltier elements.

High Performance Reserves
The laser diodes have a high power capacity, so their energy can be adapted to the requirements of every coating. There is no need for high speed coatings: Any standard emulsion or thick layer can be imaged and cured by JetScreen! LT

Highest Exposure Quality
The optional X!Tend software pushes past the physical limits of screen printing: X!Tend allows imaging of finer graphic elements compared to any standard imaging technique.

Fully Automatic Calibration
Prior to every exposure, the system checks the default laser settings relating to the coating to be imaged and automatically checks and calibrates the laser diodes if necessary. This saves time and virtually eliminates exposure errors.

Lowest Maintenance and Energy Cost
JetScreen! LT does not require any consumabels such as metal halide lamps, LEDs or DMD chips. Its extremely low power consumption of 2 kW guarantees the lowest possible operating costs. Every JetScreen! LT is equipped with a port for Remote Support Service, which can be directly linked to our hotline via internet.

Inline Processing
As an option, an automatic screen feeder can be added to JetScreen! LT to be integrated in an inline throughput system.

Maximum Productivity
Due to its flatbed layout, almost any flexible and inflexible printing form can be imaged in highest quality at a resolution of up to 10`160 dpi. And doubling the number of lasers means increasing the productivity by 100%.

Steady Exposure Quality
Prior to every exposure, a laser sensor echecks all lasers and readjusts them if necessary. This guarantees an absolutely steady quality during the entire exposure. And prior to every exposure, the dynamic auto focus system compensates any unevenness of the plate material during the exposure by measuring the plate material and by calibrating the optics accordingly.

Low Power Consumption
The revised control System makes operating easier and more user-friendly. And last but not least: the average power consumption has come down to less than 1 kWh.

Unique Hybrid Technology
In a number of fields, such as the label printing industry, a combination of different printing methods using various printing forms is being applied. Traditionally, at least two different CtP systems would be necessary to meet this requirement. MultiDX! with its hybrid Technology combines two laser Technologies with variable wavelengths (e.g. 405 nm UV and 940 nm IR) allowing any printing form to be exposed in one machine. Offset plates, flexo and letterpress plates and printing screens can now be processed in the same printing press (Gallus, Mark Any, Nilpeter and others). Switching between the wavelengths is made by a simple click of a button. Nothing could be easier.

Flat and Rotary Screen Printing
Flat or rotary screens are exposed easily and at highest precision with UV lasers. Any common steel or Polyester mesh can be processed. And at all times, the machine has enough power capacity to cure thick layers to allow Trouble-free printing.

Pad Printing
Steel or polymer cliches for pad printing can be process by MultiDX! in any thickness. The printing form is either exposed with UV lasers (etch resist) or balted with infrared lasers (polymer) at highest precision.

Lüscher Technologies AG – Quality, Reliability and Innovation
Originating from a small family business with products for the textile and the Graphic Arts industry, we have continuously extended our product portfolio and have been delivering excellent performance for more than 70 years for various industrial applications. To our international customers we offer innovative technical solutions, custom-made equipment and excellent services.

As from 2013 we manufactured technologically outstanding imaging systems for various printing technologies in Bleienbach. Always on the lookout for new fields of applications for our state-of-the-art technology, we keep expanding our business.

About 30 employees are working in a typical SME structure. Since May 2016, we are integrated in the Heliograph Holding Group, mutually benefiting from the network and the synergies. International distribution of our products and after sales service is taken care of by us directly or by our distribution partners in more than 60 countries.

We have been operating from our new building in Oftringen since march 2020.
